HR Payroll Officer

At Call Lade Enterprises Pte Ltd, we understand that a reliable back office is the unyielding foundation of our company. We are currently looking out for a passionate Payroll Officer with excellent multitasking and time management skills. Our ideal candidates should be meticulous in their work and driven to bring about a positive impact through their work. This individual will report directly to the HR Manager and work alongside a young and vibrant team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process payrolls in a precise and timely manner.
  • Collect and process timesheets.
  • Calculate bonuses and incentives.
  • Update payroll database.
  • Generate payroll report.
  • Handle and verify insurance claims and submissions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, P&L, cashflow analysis & budgeting reports.
  • Cooperate with various department heads and external parties.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma level equivalent.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and possess a high level of integrity.
  • Strong mathematics skills with ability to spot numerical error.
  • Good communications skill, both oral and written ability.
  • Diligent and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
