Our project coordinators support the engineering department in performing coordination and administrative work, to ensure the smooth running of projects and operations.
Job Description
- Responsible for general clerical and document controller tasks of the Engineering Department
- Assist Engineers and Department head in the data entry and preparation of relevant documents
- Responsible for coordination work to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Maintain the project profile
- Prepare report & meeting minutes
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Familiar with Microsoft office suites
- Equipped with Problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experiences in engineering field is an added advantage
