Our project coordinators support the engineering department in performing coordination and administrative work, to ensure the smooth running of projects and operations.

Job Description

  • Responsible for general clerical and document controller tasks of the Engineering Department
  • Assist Engineers and Department head in the data entry and preparation of relevant documents
  • Responsible for coordination work to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Maintain the project profile
  • Prepare report & meeting minutes
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Familiar with Microsoft office suites
  • Equipped with Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Experiences in engineering field is an added advantage
  • Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
